This means that if you decide that we will represent your brands on a national basis we will not represent another competing product and be totally dedicated to you brand only within that specific category. This is a significant difference vs those that represent 100’s or 1,000’s of brands many of which are competing products to one another. Having too many products means diminished time spent on driving your brands each and every day. At Savvy Palate we don’t believe in locking clients into any specific contractual timeline for a brand representation relationship. As our partner if we have not earned your professional vote of confidence then when you desire to end the representation of your brands within the market all you need to do is notify us in writing and allow for a reasonable transition timeline so your brand is not impacted.
